Mallorca has more than 200 rural hotels providing over 2,000 beds. Our guests are environmentally aware people, who are seeking to break away from stress and are looking for peace in close contact with nature. The hotels are mainly located in the Tramuntana mountains and in the plains, although you can also find rural hotels by the sea.
In rural hotels you will able to enjoy typical farming activities and customs of Mallorca, while you experience the wonders of nature. As you will see, there is a range of prices according to the services and quality of each estate. Rural hotels combine the advantages of an estate surrounded by nature and the service and quality of the best hotels in a welcoming environment with a very personalized treatment.
Interior tourism includes stately houses that are located in the towns. They offer visitors a peaceful environment in direct contact with the customs of our people. Furthermore, the complementary offer grants guests the opportunity of visiting magnificent estates which are an excellent example of past traditional life and to discover how Mallorcan people make oil or wine. Due to their excellent location, quiet atmosphere and great comfort, country houses are an ideal accommodation for nature lovers. The beauty and simplicity of the landscape adds to the enjoyment of a typical location in the heart of the island. Moreover, most of these hotels were and still are agriculture-based, as well as being family run. It takes you back to the typical 16th century Mediterranean environment. Despite being in the middle of nature, rural hotels are equipped with air-conditioning and heating, internet access, etc as well as offering many other services such as horse riding centres or cycling routes in a large tract of land. It makes the fusion with nature more intense.

Einige so genannte Agrotourismus-Fincas auf Mallorca haben sich aber auf Familien mit Kindern spezialisiert. Man könnte das auch "Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof" nennen, denn eine Mallorca Finca ist ursprünglich ein Bauernhof mit vielen Tieren und Landwirtschaft. Hier fühlen sich Familien mit Kindern wohl, die den üblichen Massentourismus meiden möchten. Familien, die aber nicht ganz allein in einem Finca Ferienhaus oder einer Ferienwohnung wohnen möchten. Familien, welche gerne Ihren Urlaub auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof, einer Finca Mallorca verbringen, um das echte Mallorca kennen zu lernen. So gibt es oft eine homogene Finca - Gäste - Gruppe, die sich rundum wohl fühlt. Das beweist die Wiederholer-Rate. Nach anfänglicher Skepsis freuen sich nun auch die Finca-Besitzer über Familien mit Kindern, die meistens 2 Wochen bleiben anstatt nur mal ein verlängertes Wochenende zu kommen. Die lange im Voraus buchen und immer wiederkommen und die sich erkennbar wohl fühlen. Sie haben inzwischen unzählige Zustellbetten, Etagenbetten und Babybetten angeschafft, die Tiergehege vergrößert, Fahrrad-Kindersitze angeschafft und Fußballplätze gebaut.
